So, with my recent move to my NEW consultation room at Luciderm Aesthetics SKIN & Laser Clinic, what better way to team up with them and concentrate a blog post on what FOODS will create GLOWING skin.
Remember that the FOODS and Liquids that you put into your stomach WILL 100% guarantee what your SKIN and health will look like. If crap is going in, it will shine through your SKIN. So the right ingredients to amazing SKIN starts with your next meal.
Avocados: Of course i`m going to start with AVOCADOS, they are my favorite FRUIT, yes, I said `fruit` (actual to be more accurate a “singled-seeded berry). They are famous for benefiting the skin helping with the damaged skin cells and keeping your Main organ (skin) looking healthy with that glow we all want.
Free radicals that come from all different sources are the culprits with the damage, BUT avocados are the guys to fight them RADICALS off because of the HIGH antioxidant content.
I love avocados for getting my GOOD FATS into my body and amazing for the BRAIN #MentalHealth
Blueberries: Antioxidants are one of the most important factors in maintaining that SKIN you dream about, so eating these little blue berries is a great way to treat your skin. The antioxidants and phytochemicals found in blueberries help to neutralize free radicals, which might otherwise damage skin cells, leaving your skin with a younger and softer look and feel. A diet high in fat and carbohydrates can also encourage skin aging, so blueberries prevent aging
Bone Broth: This amazing stuff is becoming more popular, GREAT for the elasticity of the skin as it is full of collagen and minerals like calcium and magnesium, and essential amino acids. Ladies and GUYS you need to be having this stuff. With regular use it will give you younger looking skin.
Eggs : Protein helps repair cells that have suffered free radical damage. Eggs, a complete source of protein, also contain biotin, an essential vitamin that protects against dry skin. One of their key ingredients is sulfur, an essential nutrient that helps with everything from vitamin B absorption to liver function (your body’s detox organ). Sulfur is also necessary for the production of collagen and keratin, which help create and maintain amazing SKIN.
