Who needs to remember 2017 anyway, Yes it might have been a good year, but why look back when we are all moving forward, surely you will bump into something if you are not looking.
So keep moving forward, small, slow steps is still progress…
I mention Weight Loss a lot, when really I like the word LIFESTYLE, when i`m talking to people about, Eating better, dropping a few stone I try to teach them to think about the whole picture rather than their WEIGHT, weight loss, which just happens IF we EAT CORRECTLY.
So many people are so focused on WEIGHT LOSS or WEIGHT GAIN. This 2018 I really cant wait to create some BIG transformations.
I’m going to get everyone that enrols on to my program to really flip their thinking and come away from thinking, talking and obsessing about a NUMBER on the scales. Its mad how many people are programmed to concentrate on how heavy they are.
(How about this, if you are one of them people who is obsess by “how heavy you are” make this little MINDSET change, start to think and talk about how LIGHT YOU ARE).
That last MINDSET idea some might struggle with what it really means, BUT, some might have the light bulb moment and realise that the language they use (how we talk to ourselves) is one of the biggest and most important CHANGES you can ever make when wanting to change your whole lifestyle.
So whether or not the title of this post has scared you into thinking “I should be planning”, ” I should be starting right now” …. don’t panic, that is one of the biggest mistakes you will and have made previously when trying to change.
Your next step think about the following….
- Take your time.
- Sit as long as you need to plan out why you want to change.
- Get help, invest in someone like me who knows how to change.
- Invest in someone who is right for you, someone who you get along with.
- Get people you know who are going to support you on board as well.
- Be 100% sure that this “CHANGE” is exactly what you need.
This last statement (no6) would be my main reason to start and continue with Eating right and making a massive difference to my own life.
I made massive changes to my LIFE because I wanted to live better than I was. My health, my children and myself needed a better version of who I was and who I was becoming.
Reasons like this are exactly what I look for in people when they want to get on this program.
When we have a BIG life change attached to our reasons, the change ends up becoming a long term journey. “NOT A QUICK FIX”… Then it becomes a habit. Next thing you know you look back at your old self and think F**K me was I really like that.
Listen, whatever your change, whatever your reason and whoever you invest in to HELP you with your new lifestyle, make sure you are ready.
Happy 2018 #TheNutritionMan
