I think the passions we have later on in life and now stem from many different stepping stones, influences and people. Mine has to be from growing up always enjoying sport, fitness and eating right. Back then though, I know now I wasn’t eating right. I’m not going to knock myself for doing a positive thing though.
After many failed diets I started my 12 week nutrition plan with Matt back in March, in the first 8 weeks I lost 2 stone 7 lbs. The plan was fantastic not restricted in any way, with Matts support and his teaching about mindset I found the plan so easy to follow!
At the end of the 12 week program I have lost well over 3 stone dropped 4 dress sizes but most importantly I’m healthy.
