Let me help you with your 2018 “New Body Goals”, Im going to help you with the Following 3 things… and these three things are all you need to get started.
- Shift a lot of weight.
- Think about FOOD differently.
- Smash 2018 and make MASSIVE changes.
Let’s do it…
1. Shift a lot of weight.
This is the easy one, Losing weight for me is easy, me getting you to lose weight is easier. BUT there is one rule I need you to stick to if you want to lose a lot of weight. That rule is this, following the Fcuking program perfectly and listen to what I have to teach you. Basically be in the game, be ready and COMMIT.
Your accountability will give you results, they will also keep you doing this longer than most of the DIETS you have done in the past. By longer I mean years.
If you have ever done a DIET and said ” That didn’t work” 9 times out of 10 its probably because you haven’t been fully accountable. (Ill speak to you in depth about this on a the Program.)
I genuinely mean it is easy to shift weight/ body fat “IF” you stay in the game and LISTEN !!
TIP – Try this.. Grab or go and buy a Note book, write down what you want to achieve, even share what you want to do with friends. In this note book write down, why you want it, when you will achieve it, do not be vague about things, then, commit and review it every day. Please remember there is more to it than just writing down what you want. but its a start and that might be more than what you are doing now.
2, Think about food differently.
THINK about it, “is what you are doing now working” ? .. if the answer is no, then do something different. I see so many women suggesting that the DIET or Program is shit they are on and never worked for them. Its not the FOOD that is making you over weight its “YOU”.
Yes this goes along side accountability, so be honest to yourself and hold your hands up. OK, some of you might then not know what to do. That is where I come in, I will show you different ways (which work) of how you could THINK differently.
I can guarantee you “”that if you look through a different window you will see a different view.
3, Smash 2018 and make MASSIVE changes.
So it’s the 9th of January and I bet by the time you have got to 30th of January you will still haven’t started EATING differently to what you were doing in 2017. This might be another reason why you are struggling guys. STOP putting so much pressure on yourself.
If you haven’t started yet, sooooo fcuk !!! That pressure you are putting on yourself is exactly what is holding you back. Relax, you just haven’t found the real reason why you want to change.
It does just get you into a downward spiral of all other emotions and excuses. Am I right ??… you’ll be saying to yourself, “I can’t do it”, “I don’t know what to do”, “I’ll only put all the weight back on”… the excuses (or reasons stopping you) are what are always going to keep you in the same position.
I’m hoping whatever journey you are going on in 2018 it’s a happy one, one you are look forward to and one that you are going to plan to see (eat) all the nice things (food)….. maybe that was a clue to how you could look at your next Weight loss/ Eating Plan.
STOP DOING DIETS THAT SCARE YOU OR MAKE YOU DREAD EATING FOOD…. that’s why you don’t continue with them.
