High energy, metabolism boosting breakfast.

YOUR METABOLISM… such an amazing thing you need to keep on top of, for Energy, to MASSIVELY boost your everyday and long term health, I could really list hundreds more reasons to start to get your metabolism revved up.

There can be so many signs that might suggest you need a boost in your metabolism, a lot of you might only ever here of just boosting it through High Intensity exercise, it does to a point. When you are boosting it through eating the correct food that is when you start to see unreal results.

Do you ever get any of the following that can potentially mean you might be in need of a boost.

  • Always seems to be sleepy or tired during the day even after a good nights sleep
  • Thinning head hair
  • Cracked or dry skin
  • Low libido
  • Irregular periods
  • Trouble sleeping at night
  • Bloated after eating

Breakfast please.

Ill start with eggs, scrambled, poached or hard boiled, why because they are simple and fast to make, Plus the goodness they give are amazing. Ill even boil 4 or 5 and use them for different meals throughout the week.

While the eggs are bubbling away ill get out the overnight soaked oats from the fridge. Whether you use Nut milks or Full fat Milk. To make these oats extra powerful Ill mix in a sprinkle of hemp seeds or chia seeds. (add a spoonful of honey for sweetness). You can have these warm or cold.


The ingredients I use on every meal will determine how I feel from hour to hour, be it good food it will make me feel amazing and be it bad food, yes you guessed it, it will have negative effects.

Hope you can try this breakfast one morning, be mindful of how full you feel still 3,4 or 5 hours later.
