Matts GoodMoodFood – Pumpkin seeds.

I think I use pumpkin seeds in every thing, that’s what I love about seeds. I put them in porridge, natural yogurt for breakfast, but then use them to cook with my Turkey, all meats in fact, another amazing GoodMoodFood.


I can’t recommend these seeds enough, I’ve recently added them to my GoodMoodFood plan because of their amazing super powers. The two main powers I like them for has to be for better sleep and helping low moods (and depression). I could list so many different benefits but when you add them to the other foods that have the same super powers these seeds have to be my favourite.
