Brussels Sprouts are not just for christmas.
Over the christmas period I did eat a lot of the these super heros. I roasted a load with walnuts and pumpkin seeds. I even had them days after roasting in a cold salad. Amazing.
As i like to do with foods and bring out the best in them, so ill tell what these guys a packed with.. They are actually high in antioxdants perfect for many things But well known for being kind to your skin.
But the main reason I eat these has to be for brain and nerve function. GOOD-MOOD-FOODS, Yes mixing Sprouts with other foods high in Vit K which really does boost brain function. Not to mention they dont give you that blood insulin spike, so a great food for keeping energy steady throughout the day.
